  • What are your fees?

    • A minimum half-hour charge of $30 applies for all repair services, and $60 per hour after that. There is an additional plus on-site fee if applicable. Please contact us directly if you have additional questions about our rates and fees.

     
  • Do you, or would you, provide training services?

    • Basic computer skills training for Microsoft products (operating systems, MS Word, etc.,) may available upon request. Please contact us to further discuss this option.

     
  • Do you refill ink cartridges?

    • We do not refill ink cartridges here at Wiarton Office and Computers, nor do we endorse the practice. Refilling cartridges, can cause severe damage to your printer.

     
  • Do you sell refurbished computers?

    • Wiarton Computers only sells new products. We do not sell refurbished computers, nor do we offer any referrals for locations who do.

     
  • Do you carry a selection of inventory?

    • As this is a home-based business, our walk-in inventory selection is very limited. We order products and items as per request, and can often receive our orders within 24-48 hours provided our suppliers currently have stock. Some smaller items, such as memory sticks, surge protectors, and anti-viruses we occasionally keep in stock.

     
  • Do you sell or service Apple products?

    • Unfortunately, we neither sell nor service any Apple products or software.

     
  • Do you sell or service computer games?

    • We do not sell nor service computer games.
